Bankwide programs
The IDB Bankwide Programs is a transversal training program for the staff of the Inter-American Development Bank. The learning and connections are the basis for the operations and services.
The goal is to map out new frameworks, concepts, work methodologies, software, and development tools on the market, update, train, and decentralize their availability and communicate their practicality to a wider audience inside the organization.
